This is definitely a work in progress. I am learning as I go. This is a project that I'm doing for a course on web design. So I am trying to kill two birds with one stone. A new web site look, and a good grade in my course. That may not be a good idea but so far it seems to be working. .
I am learning a tremendous amount. One thing: the three column liquid layout design is not understandable or it has not been invented yet I looked at hundreds of code all claiming to have reach that pinnacle of success and none survived my testing. so I faked it. Lol I set the borders to 0 and the colors to the same as the body. The other way and it may be better I will attempt on my image background page.
